Membership

 We welcome you to subscribe and to become a member of ORAH Cooperative and receive the corresponding benefits:
  • Become part of a network of possible partners and help us build our corporation using your skills for your benefit and the other members;
  • Receive dividends if and when the cooperative

To become a member you must complete the subscription process:
  1. Request a subscription form from your sponsor. If you do not already know a member of ORAH, you may contact the principal office directly.

  2. Once you have the subscription form, fill it in completely, sign it and send it back to us including:
    1. A copy of your passport or official identification papers,
    2. Copy of your initial payment – investment.
    3. In the case of a company or moral person, please send us copy of the registration papers, a board of directors decision accepting to become member of ORAH and the name of the nominee who is authorized to represent the company or moral person toward ORAH.
  3. Once ORAH Geneva has received the completed subscription form, it will be presented at the next Board of Directors meeting for approval:
    1. If the board of directors accepts the subscriber it shall inform the new member accordingly in writing and present the new member with a corresponding number of social parts (investment certificates).
    2. Should the board decide to not accept a subscription form, the subscriber shall be informed accordingly in writing with all funds being promptly returned to the subscriber.
