What was the biggest challenge before you used Orah at your school?

The time it took to process leave applications manually particularly for weekends

What was the process of getting started with Orah like?

Very simple, we did a Skype training session as a group, one staff member was assigned the "GO TO" staff member for any simple issues that may be solved before contacting Orah. The Orah Help Centre is invaluable, its user friendly, supported by screen shots and caters for hard to solve problems which are rare. The chat and email support are excellent.

What has the success/support team at Orah been like to work with?

Support is always excellent and have experienced very few issues with response time and then it is usually because of the difference in time zones. I would encourage everyone to use the Help Centre in the first instance. For new innovations Orah staff are always keeping us up to date making sure we are making the most of the features available.

What was it like to get the rest of your team up and running with Orah?

Easy ! The fact that it saved so much administration time, no paperwork is involved, it was very easy to use and it supported us with our Duty of Care responsibilities. These factors made Boardingware a huge winner on our campus. Plus the fact that we had the amazing support from the Orah team.

What has allowed you to be so successful with Orah?

Has there been a particular Orah feature that has helped you the most?

Definitely the Help Centre and, I love the home board where you can see all girls and where they are at a glance.

What would you say to other schools looking to implement Orah at their school?

Check if it is able to be integrated with other systems already in use or even how it can compliment them or replace them. Orah also has many features that can be customised to suit the specific need of your school.

What made you choose Orah over the other options out there?

Orah solved all our leave applications issues basically. It gives us the opportunity to know where our students are at all times, streamlines the leave approval process and most importantly is easy to use and we are well supported by Orah staff. The students and parents have adapted easily to using Orah and it is now second nature to all of us.
